# Dashboard overview

The Dashboard is the central hub for managing and monitoring your Planner ↔ Jira syncs.

### Start a New Sync

Click **+ New Sync** to create:

* A **one-time import/export**
* An **automated sync** (runs every 5 minutes)

### Automated Syncs

View and manage your recurring syncs. Each sync shows:

* **Name**
* **Direction** (Planner → Jira, Jira → Planner, or Bidirectional)
* **Microsoft Plan** and **Jira Project**
* **Status** (last run)
* **Last Sync** timestamp

Available actions: **Pause, Edit, Delete**

### Recent Activity

Track the most recent sync events, including:

* One-time syncs (imports/exports)
* Automated syncs (only when updates occur or errors are detected)

Details may include:

* Sync name and direction
* Issues created, updated, or skipped
* Error messages (if any)

### Company Stats

Get an organization-wide overview of sync activity:

* **Active Syncs** → total running automated syncs
* **Total Changes** → number of fields/issues updated across syncs
* **Last Sync** → time of the most recent successful sync
